| Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm | Adult Womens Coaching – coaching and lights paid for by participants. |
| Thursdays 7.30pm – 8.30pm | Adult Performance Coaching – coaching and lights paid for by participants. |
| Fridays 9.00am – 11.00am | Club session. All welcome. |
| Saturdays 2.00pm – 3.00pm | Adult Improvers Coaching – coaching paid for by participants. |
| Sundays 9.00am – 11.00pm | Club session. All welcome. |
| Mondays 8.00pm – 9.30pm | Youth coaching – coaching and lights paid for by participants. |

Hot Racquets League: Throughout the Summer. Open to men of all ages
Herts Mens Veteran League: Through the winter. We currently have an Over 55’s team.
However we are hoping to extend this to entries for over 45’s and one for Over 65’s.
